Balance Physiotherapy Banbridge

Balance Physiotherapy is a purpose built clinic located at 25 Ballymoney Road at the entrance to the Rowans in Banbridge, County Down. The physio clinic specialise in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions including back, neck and shoulder pain, a wide range of acute and chronic sports injuries.

Balance Physiotherapy provides the highest level of evidence based care to all our clients. We are members of both the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and members of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

We ensure that all our clients are well informed throughout their assessment and treatment to ensure they have an understanding of the pathology of their condition. We offer tailored treatment and rehabilitation plans ensuring clients are informed throughout the entire process. Our goal is to restore freedom of movement, provide freedom from pain, and freedom to participate fully in all activities. We are commited to the health and wellbeing of all out clients ensuring Clinical Excellence every step of the way.

At Balance Physiotherapy Banbridge we provide a hands on approach to treatment, using a variety of techniques together with highly skilled functional rehabilitation. Our rehabilitation programmes include advice and education on sports injury management, functional strengthening exercises, flexibility programmes, and continuous ongoing assessment and treatment progression. Our physio-led pilates classes are for 6-8 people covering beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. At Balance Physio we offer smaller group sessions for those with more specific needs and one to one sessions. Click here for more information. 

Marie-Louise Castles is the lead physiotherapist and is passionate about musculoskeletal physiotherapy and sports injury. Marie-Louise has extensive professional development in the areas of pilates, acupuncture, dry needling and tigger point therapy.
