Balance Physiotherapy is a purpose built clinic located at 25 Ballymoney Road at the entrance to the Rowans in Banbridge, County Down. The physio clinic specialise in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions including back, neck and shoulder pain, a wide range of acute and chronic sports injuries.
Balance Physiotherapy provides the highest level of evidence based care to all our clients. We are members of both the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and members of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

At Balance Physiotherapy Banbridge we provide a hands on approach to treatment, using a variety of techniques together with highly skilled functional rehabilitation. Our physio-led pilates classes are for 6-8 people covering beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. At Balance Physio we offer smaller group sessions for those with more specific needs and one to one sessions. Click here for more information.
Marie-Louise Castles is the lead physiotherapist and is passionate about musculoskeletal physiotherapy and sports injury. Marie-Louise has extensive professional development in the areas of pilates, acupuncture, dry needling and tigger point therapy.
